'CedarStonepk started with an earnest aspiration: to introduce true Neapolitan pizza to London. Established by the Bianchi lineage in 1985, our pizza shop was initially a quaint, family-directed venture, carrying on recipes that go back several generations.
Marco Bianchi, our progenitor, mastered the craft of pizza through her explorations across Italy, particularly learning from accomplished pizza chefs in Naples, the homeland of pizza. Once she came back to the UK, it was her mission to emulate the enchantment of authentic Italian pizza, utilizing age-old techniques and the most exquisite components.
From a humble locale with just 12 seats, we've expanded into a cherished community fixture. Nonetheless, our allegiance to crafting top-quality, genuine pizza remains steadfast. The same wood-fired oven methods are employed, our dough is made fresh daily, and we continuously seek out the finest ingredients accessible.
To this day, 'CedarStonepk' is still steered by the Bianchi family, with the next generation at the helm of our zealous crew. Even with some contemporary improvements, the essence of our enterprise stays intact: we're committed to piecing together delicious, authentic pizza that unites everyone around the table.
